Lindenwold - the estate of James Gooderham Worts, Mill St., Toronto
This was the home of James Gooderham Worts. It was located on the north east corner of Mill and Trinity Streets, Toronto. This is the only known photo of the house. Information about the construction and destruction of the house remains elusive - probably built in the late 1860s or early 1870s, and likely torn down around 1890.

St. James Cemetery, on Toronto's Parliament St, is the site of the final resting spots for Wm Gooderham, James G Worts and the founders of the Gooderham and Worts Distillery. At some point in the past - perhaps during the 1970s - the angel that decorated the original Gooderham monument was stolen or damaged, perhaps by a fallen tree.
